Bra Returns Policy
All products are thoroughly checked for quality before despatch. In the unfortunate event of a defective product, please contact us immediately. Please do note that you should check all products for flaws as soon as unpacked.
Products sold on this site are final sale. Due to the intimate nature of our products, there are no refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges on our bras if you are not satisfied with your bra purchase. We will issue you with a credit note in the form of a gift voucher which you can use online or in any of our stores.
Returns for bras can be done provided:
- the bra is returned to Barclay & Clegg within seven (7) working days.
- the bra has not been worn or used.
- the bra is returned undamaged in it’s original packaging with the swing tags still attached.
The following procedure must be followed for a bra return or exchange:
- Ensure your try on your bra as soon as you receive it.
- Contact us immediately regarding a size exchange.
- Ensure the bra is undamaged and in it’s original packaging with tags still attached before returning. Please do not return to us if you have removed the tag as we will not process the exchange.
- We recommend you return the bra via courier or Postnet-to-Postnet in order to be able to make use of their tracking services as well as insurance. The item is your responsibility until it reaches Barclay & Clegg. The cost of returning the bra is your responsibility and non-refundable.
- Once the item has been received and assessed, we will arrange delivery of the replacement bra at our cost.
